Health and Wellbeing Leader

They must implement and oversee the following:-

Building and sustaining relationships with local, regional, and national government officers

Building and sustaining relationships with local, regional, and national funders

The development/progression of their area development plan including staff development and staff delivery/quality

The delivery of their area's services and also innovate and deliver projects to enhance our environmental wellbeing mission

All finances and income targets relating to their area, including tight budget control of projects

The health, safety, wellbeing, and training of all aspects of their area

Insight Leader

£25,000 - £34,000

To lead, deliver, implement and oversee customer relations, customer experience, accounts, bookings, admin, HR/recruitment and other systems/processes across Testlands and their partner organisations

£22,500 - £30,000

Key responsibilities include:

- PE / Holiday Club delivery

- Curriculum writing/support

- Lesson Planning

- Oversee whole school improvement (Physical Education, Physical Activity, and School Sports)

- Interschool/Intraschool competitions

- Sports Premium planning and support

- Safeguarding (DSL trained)

Wellbeing Coordinator / Outdoor Activities Coordinator

£22,500 - £35,000

Key responsibilities include:

- Alternative Provision based activities

- Reporting incidents

- Liaising with schools/parents

- Safeguaridng (DSL Trained)

- Outdoor learning/activity delivery

Wellbeing Instructor

Key responsibilities include:

- Lesson delivery

- Afterschool clubs

- Lunchtime clubs

Holiday Club / Youth Club Session Lead

£13 - £18 per hour

- Registering/Dismissal

- To effectively oversee and use online systems and programmes to practically lead and deliver the day-to-day operations of all Testlands services during daytime, evenings, and weekends

- Maintaining the building and upkeep of the site

- To be the first aid and fire lead for the site

- To supervise the instructors on site

- Liaising with the senior leadership team

- Setting up and packing down for on site bookings including parties and events

- Customer service - front-of-house team and over-the-phone service.

- Booking in one off bookings

Health and Wellbeing Instructor

Min wage - £12 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

- To coordinate bookings, members, and inquiries.

Environmental Wellbeing Coordinator

£30,000 - £36,000

Trained to provide the services of an Energy Assessor with the following additional role responsibilities.

Liaising with Testlands team members to report on the team's progress towards targets set by the industry to deliver home energy savings advice.

Overseeing workloads and the distribution of work to team members to ensure optimum performance to deliver projects within budget. Managing work that has been allocated to the system to ensure that all customer appointments are being met.

Dealing with escalation issues that are raised by team members or customers to provide additional support. Conduct meetings with team members and external clients about establishing the needs of the customers and increasing the current customer base for home energy advice.

Seeking out additional avenues and opportunities to broadcast the Testlands Wellbeing message and lead the team to deliver the desired level of performance against set objectives whilst generating new ideas for potential growth whilst maintaining the values of the Testlands brand.

Energy Assessor

£25,000 - £30,000

Trained to provide the services of the Energy Advisor plus additional training to be able to complete home energy assessments.

This consists of conducting heating efficiency surveys through the use of thermal imaging software creating floor plan layouts of the property to identify solutions, reducing the customer's energy consumption for their home, and in turn reducing their running costs.

Identifying customer needs should they wish to retrofit their homes to become more eco-friendly. Highlighting to customers areas of energy loss within their homes and possible areas for improvement.

There is also the scope to become a Retrofit Assessor who additionally deals with tailored retrofit advice for customers. Well-informed face-to-face advice will be provided on-site to create environmental wellbeing solutions bespoke to each customer whilst actively promoting the additional free services provided by Testlands to help customers become more environmentally friendly.

Energy Advisor

£22,000 - £25,000

Trained advisors providing tailored energy advice.

The role also consists of promoting environmentally friendly living by offering ways to reduce energy consumption within your home whilst reducing running costs. This reduces your carbon footprint and saves you money at the same time. Attending events and actively engaging with members of the public to promote environmental wellbeing and encourage them to take action by offering additional free services provided by Testlands.

Insight Leader

£25,000 - £34,000

To lead, deliver, implement, and oversee customer relations, customer experience, accounts, bookings, admin, HR/recruitment, and other systems/processes across Testlands and their partner organisations

Customer Experience Coordinator

£22,500 - £30,000

Key responsibilities include:

- Scheduling block bookings including sports teams and schools

- Customer experience training for staff

- Invoicing

- Ordering stock and checking stock

- Managing online bookings both for THW and TCYPF

- Liaising all customers including parents, schools & wellbeing hub users

- Assisting the Social Media Manager with online marketing and posts.

- Adding event and block bookings to the online schedule

Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

£22,500 - £30,000

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing social media account

- Developing and delivering the marketing strategy

- Filtering messages from socials to relevant areas

- Being innovative and creative
